Based on fucus vesiculosus, a brown algae rich in phytotannins, Diana Naturals says Phytonutriance HealSea extract has been clinically proven to significantly increase the production of aortic nitric oxide, and reduce the susceptibility of VLDL and LDL cholesterol-rich lipoproteins to oxidation ex vivo. Phytonutriance HealSea is standardized to 11% polyphenol phloroglucinol equivalent and can be used in tablets or capsules.
